definitely first effortJuly 6, 2010 Mary Marvin I was well into reading anita blake series and meredith series, so when this was released I thought bonus. Well disappointing is more the word. I truly do enjoy Ms Hamilton's work but this first was just that. Thankfully she greatly improved.
Terrible!March 24, 2010 Kaholeenah(Orange County, CA) I've read ALL of LKH's other books and I enjoyed them. I have NEVER started an urban fantasy book and failed to finish it...until Nightseer. I only read the first 18 pages, but it was torture. Maybe it gets better, but you'd have to be pretty persistent or SUPER bored to find out. I'm sooooo glad I checked this out of the library and didn't purchase it!

Umm... not your typical LKH book...January 23, 2010 In The Looney Book Bin(Big Hole in the Ground State) Nightseer is very... magical. There is no real romance, just a girl trying to find herself and save others... A very different read, but enjoyable nonetheless.
