Less than the bestNovember 2, 2009 Samuel S. Garland(San Francisco, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This ship is smaller and less detailed than it appears on this webpage. While still an adequate representation of the Enterprise C, the joints where the hull segments join look very rough, and the paint job is very basic. There are other toy makers who make better versions of this ship, but you do get what you pay for this time.

I have this standing on my desk near the monitor. I thought it would be a nice thing to look at.
Not knowing what else to really write in a review about a toy that really isnt a toy, I'll tell you a story about this item.
Not long after getting it, my cat jumped up on the desk while I was working just like he normally does. Upon noticing this toy, he did he routine sniffing and tapping of the new object.
Out of no where, my cat (named Chicken-Legs) grabbed hold of the starboard na-cell of this starship model and ran off with it. He totally went Khan on the Enterprise-C!
Looking at the Enterprise on it's side on my desk, I wondered aloud if Kirk would be okay. That's when a friend of mine pointed out that Kirk never even saw the Enterprise-C and therefore would be uneffected by the Wrath of Chicken-Legs.
I later found the na-cell in my living room, discarded by Chicken-Legs in the middle of the floor. Surprisingly undamaged, I returned with it to my desk and reattached it, content with the knowledge that the Enterprise-C was successfully refitted and repaired.
